Popular Atlanta Rapper Rich Homie Quan, whose real name is Dequantes Lamar, has been reported to have passed away. There have been no credible reports or confirmations of his death however which left fans to flood the rappers instagram page seeking answers to confirm if this is really true.

Sources have revealed that the rappers death was confirmed by a 911 call that was made by his girlfriend Amber Williams, the cause of his death has not been confirmed however officials are speculating that the rapper passed away from an overdose. Amber told the police that she found his lifeless body on the couch after dropping off his son to school. Multiple reports say Rich Homie died from a drug overdose. However, that information has not been confirmed. An autopsy is scheduled for Friday, Sept. 6.
